Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: Full refund
• Cancellations less than 24 hours: 50% refund
• Cancellations after the mechanic has arrived or started work: No refund

How to Cancel a Booking:

• Log into your BookMechanic account.
• Go to “My Bookings.”
• Click “Cancel Booking” next to the relevant appointment.
• Choose your reason and confirm.

Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days if eligible.
