What Qualifies as a Dispute?
A dispute can arise when:
- The work was not completed to a satisfactory standard.
- There is a disagreement over pricing or added charges.
- Damage occurred during the mechanic’s visit.
- The mechanic acted inappropriately or unprofessionally.
Steps to Raise a Dispute:
- Log into your account on BookMechanic.uk.
- Navigate to the booking in question.
- Click “Raise a Dispute” and fill out the form with evidence (photos, receipts, etc.).
- Our support team will review your case and may contact both you and the mechanic for further clarification.
We aim to resolve most disputes within 5 working days.
