We hold our network of mechanics to high standards. If a mechanic demonstrates rogue behaviour, persistent unprofessionalism, or breaches our Code of Conduct, they will be investigated.

Misconduct may include:

• Verbal abuse or threatening behaviour
• Attempting to bypass the BookMechanic platform
• Poor workmanship with refusal to correct
• No-shows or frequent late arrivals
• Dishonest or misleading service claims

✅ If proven, mechanics can and will be removed from our network permanently
