Mechanic No-Show

If your mechanic doesn’t arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time and hasn’t made contact:

  • Report the no-show immediately through your dashboard or contact our support team.
  • You will be fully refunded for any upfront payment made for the missed appointment.
  • We will offer to reschedule your service with another available mechanic at the earliest convenient time.
  • A formal review of the mechanic’s conduct will be initiated.

💬 How to Report It

  • Go to your Bookings in your account.
  • Click “Report a Problem” under the missed appointment.
  • Choose “Mechanic did not show up” and provide any details.
