At BookMechanic, we aim to deliver exceptional service through our network of independent mechanics. However, if something goes wrong, we want to make it right. Here’s what you need to know about our refund policy.

When You May Be Eligible for a Refund:

  • A service was cancelled by the mechanic or BookMechanic.
  • A mechanic failed to attend the booking without notice.
  • The service was not delivered as described or agreed.
  • You were overcharged due to an error in the booking system.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Customer no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours before booking).
  • Services where substantial work has already been completed.
  • Disputes based solely on preferences or subjective dissatisfaction.

How to Request a Refund:
Please submit a refund request through your BookMechanic.uk customer portal or email support@bookmechanic.uk with your booking reference and a short explanation.
