Talk to Your Mechanic First
Before raising a formal complaint, you must make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue directly with your mechanic. Many concerns — such as unexpected delays, minor dissatisfaction, or service misunderstandings — can often be sorted through a polite and honest conversation.
Here’s how to contact your mechanic:
- Go to My Bookings > Past Jobs
- Select the relevant job
- Click “Message Mechanic” to open a direct chat
