What Happens After You File a Dispute?

Our Process:

  • We acknowledge receipt of your dispute within 24 hours.
  • An internal review team assesses the evidence from both sides.
  • In some cases, we may arrange a follow-up inspection.
  • A resolution will be proposed, which may include a partial/full refund, a service redo, or credit toward a future booking.
