At BookMechanic, we value your time and aim to ensure a smooth and reliable service for both customers and mechanics. This section outlines our policies and expectations when it comes to late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellations.
Running Late?
If you’re running late for your appointment, please inform your mechanic as soon as possible through your BookMechanic portal. Mechanics may wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled start time. After that, the appointment may be marked as missed.
